How To Join

To officially become a member of Mothers & More, the national organization requires a membership form on file and a payment of $45. The national organization retains $31 dollars for administrative and liability insurance costs, and the remaining $14 are sent to our chapter.

There are two ways to join:
 

1.	Online at http://www.mothersandmore.org/Membership/Join_Renew.php (We are chapter #316). You will be prompted to pay via credit card.
2.	Print out the membership form and mail it directly to:      Mothers & More      PO Box 31      Elmhurst, IL 60126 Please note we are chapter #316 on the form. Also, please include a $45 check payable to Mothers & More.

Note: please send an e-mail to the Membership Director to let her know you have joined. As a member, you have access to all of the national e-loops and you will receive the bi-monthly magazine, FORUM. Locally, you will receive our newsletter, have access to our e-loop and are welcome to attend all of our monthly Mothers & More events.
